A database is any collection of organized information. In the library, the word "database" is used to refer to our online articles databases. We subscribe to roughly 400. Some are funded by the state (these are referred to as GALILEO databases) and some are funded by Georgia State University. Use the List of Databases to locate all the databases available through the University Library. This list is available from the University Library home page on the Discover tab.
