The purpose of interlibrary loan is to provide students, faculty, and staff access to materials not found in GSU Library and not available through GIL Express, and to serve as a resource for materials from our collection for all eligible requesting libraries. All interlibrary loan functions shall be directed by and in compliance with United States Copyright Law and its guidelines.
Most items acquired through interlibrary loan take a week or more to arrive. Some articles requested through interlibrary loan may be delivered electronically, taking only a day or so to arrive.
