After you run a search for your topic in your chosen database, to find articles which have the full-text immediately available electronically, simply check the "Full Text" option under "Limit To" on the left side of your screen (see below). Most databases will have this full text option.  

Check the full text limiter to eliminate articles that are not immediately available in full text.

To eliminate books and videos, you can "Limit by Type" to Academic Journals, Magazines, News, and/or Trade Publications.
