Transient students (Students who are enrolled in another school, but are taking one or more classes at Georgia State University Atlanta or Perimeter campuses for a semester) have the same privileges as GSU students during the semester in which they are enrolled.  This means you can check out library materials from GSU Libraries, request materials from other University System of Georgia libraries through GIL Express, and use our local databases in GALILEO.

When visiting the library as a transient student, please be prepared to show a current schedule or a PantherCard proving you are a currently enrolled student. Masks and face coverings are strongly encouraged for those who have not been vaccinated and optional for those who have.

To log into library computers, you'll use your Campus ID and password (the same as iCollege, PAWS, etc.)

To pay for printing and photocopying, you should get a  PantherCard (GSU student ID), even though you are a transient student.  You can add additional funds if you need to by opening a PantherCash account.  You have already paid for the PantherCard and printing funds with your student fees, so go ahead and get one!
