IBISWorld - U.S. industries

Provides economic, demographic, and government data on American industries, updated three times per year. Each report offers key statistics and analysis on market characteristics, operating conditions, current and forecast performance, and major industry participants.

  1. Search with keywords, company name, or NAICS code
  2. Select the industry or industries related to your search or your business start-up on the list. 

 

Passport - For global industries (limited to consumer goods, financial services, and tourism industries in select countries)

Euromonitor International's Passport is a global market research database that provides statistics, analysis, reports, surveys, and breaking news on industries, countries, and consumers worldwide. Covers consumer and industrial market details from over 200 countries and 27 industries with historic data from 1997 and forecasts through 2020.

  1. In the search box, enter your country and the industry, i.e. "China Cigarettes"
  2. Click on "Analysis"
  3. Browse the result list for the reports

  1. Locate the "Search Analysis" widget/search box
  2. Choose "Industry"
  3. Choose "Geography"
