My Kanopy video isn’t playing well/clearly/at all.

Kanopy relies upon the strength of your Internet connection, so a poor or slow connection may impact video quality. Try to position your viewing device for the strongest connection available. Older videos not available in HD may also be of poorer quality. If you are experiencing slowness, you may also try the following:

  • Updating your browser
  • Clearing your cache
  • Restarting your mobile device (be sure to turn your device completely off)

Contact Kanopy if you think there may be an issue with the actual video.

Contact a librarian for assistance if you are having issues with accessing the video at all.
