Scanners:

All campus libraries have scanners available to students and visitors. You can scan to email or to a flash drive, and the scanners are free to use.

At the Atlanta campus, there are scanners attached to the computers on level 2 of Library North, right next to the technology service desk. There are also self-contained photocopiers with scanning abilities on Level 1 and 2 of Library North against the back walls.

All Perimeter campuses have self-contained photocopiers with scanning abilities inside or near the library.

If you have any trouble or need help using the scanner, please visit the nearest library service desk for assistance.

Copy Machines:

Copy machines can be used to make print copies, which cost $0.15 cents a page.  They can also be used to make scans (for free) which can then be printed on library computers using your printing funds.

All campus libraries have copy machines available for student and visitor use. A PantherCard with PantherCash or a Guest Card is required to make copies.  Keep in mind, separate funds must be added to your PantherCard to pay for copies.

Many students find it easier to use the copy machine to scan their documents, then print the documents from a library computer. This is because a portion of your student technology fee is automatically placed on your PantherCard for printing each semester. These allocated funds cannot be used to pay for copies, only prints.

For more help, ask a librarian.
