Blocked accounts can be resolved by returning overdue materials to the library and paying outstanding fines. A blocked account may result in suspension of borrowing privileges and in a "library hold" being placed on your Georgia State University student account. If you have a blocked account, you will not be able to request or renew materials. Check your library account for details.

If you believe a hold on your account has been placed in error, contact the User Services desk (downtown) or Circulation desk at the Perimeter campus convenient for you. Or if you have lingering library holds that need clarification please contact libcirc@gsu.edu to get the issue resolved.
