A small portion of your student technology fee is automatically placed on your PantherCard for printing each semester. After these funds are exhausted, you have two options to add more funds:

  • Open a PantherCash account either online or in the PantherCard OfficeTo do so online, you’ll need to first fill out a Panther application. Once this is complete, you will then be able to use a credit card to add additional funds to your PantherCard through the Add PantherCash link.

  • Buy a Guest Card from the Value Transfer Station (it looks like an ATM). A Guest Card costs $1 to purchase, and a minimum of $1 must be added to pay for prints. These machines only take cash and do not give change.

Locations:

  • Atlanta Library North 1
  • Alpharetta Building B lobby
  • Clarkston Library 2nd floor  near the circulation desk
  • Decatur Library
  • Dunwoody 1st floor B Building near PantherCard office
  • Newton Library

If you are a visitor and wish to print, you will also need to purchase a Guest Card.

For more help, ask a librarian.

  1. What money is put on a panthercard? Money was already on in it without linking a bank. Answer: A portion of your Student Technology Fee money is set aside for printing and is automatically applied to your card each semester in a PantherPrints account. If you receive financial aid, those funds also show up on your card but it is a separate account from your printing funds and PantherCash you add yourself.
