Ebooks from Ebook Central and eBooks on EBSCOhost and some of our other ebook collections can be downloaded to various mobile devices for offline reading.

Downloading the ebook onto a mobile device gives you access for a given number of days. After that period, the file is still on your device, but cannot be opened unless you renew or re-check out the book.

Downloading an entire ebook usually requires installation of Adobe Digital Editions.

It is worth noting that all of our ebooks can be accessed online through an internet browser without downloading the file by choosing the PDF or ePub link. You simply open the book, use it on your browser, and it does not become a file on your device.

If you only want to save a portion of the book, most books will allow a certain number of pages to be saved in PDF format or sent by email.

For specific instructions for different devices and databases, see our ebook guide.

For more help, ask a librarian.
